About Us

Patricia Alexander, LCPC, has been a counselor since 1985 she initially worked as a counselor in the schools for the Meridian School District.  She developed their first K-12 Drug Alcohol Program, their Elementary Counseling Program and their first alternative high school.  She was awarded the Program Development Award by Idaho School Counselors Association in 1991. 

Pat began her private practice in 1993.  She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma.  She provides individual and group counselisng.  She is an EMDR therapist as well as a sandtray therapist. She offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Groups and Silent Retreats.  Due to her extensive background and experience she provides treatment for a wide variety of other issues, including marital therapy.  In 2007 Pat was awarded Idaho's Counselor of the Year.

Buddy is Pat's English Pointer.  He doesn't like to stay home, but prefers to be with Pat and her clients.  He is very friendly, only barking to warn Pat of someone new.  He likes to sit on the loveseat with you.  If you don't want him to sit with you tell him "OFF".  Buddy sometimes barks at squirrels and cats outside the window.  If you are afraid of dogs let Pat know and she will put him away. 

Ann Woody has been Pat Account Manager for more then 12 yrs.  She provides account management for numerous counselors, social workers, and psychologists in town.  When you have concerns about your bill she is the best person to contact as she keeps everything on her computer.
 
Ayako O. Campion, LPC, provides individual and couples counseling. She is passionate about creating a trusting and engaging therapeutic relationship so the client feels safe to heal, explore, and grow through life's difficult moments. Target issues include: depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, career and educational challenges, multicultural issues, trauma, and self-esteem issues. She individualizes counseling approach to meet client's unique situations and needs.

Ayako graduated with her Masters in Counseling from Idaho State University. She has over 500 hours of clinical experience with clients with various issues. She is an EMDR trained, LGBTQ affirming counselor.

In her fee time, Ayako loves to cook, eat, do yoga, walk, bicycle, enjoy music, and connect with family and friends.
